Jerad is the Founder of Talent Central 365, where he helps entrepreneurs scale by building smarter systems, remote teams, and automation-driven operations. He is also the author of “Chicken Branding” and the creator of Appraisal IQ AI, a platform designed to modernize and streamline the appraisal industry. Through TC365’s signature framework Automations, Delegations, and Systems Jerad and his team help business owners reclaim their time, remove bottlenecks, and grow without burnout. Developed the TC365 Business Mapping Session, a strategic process used to uncover inefficiencies and create a clear roadmap to operational freedom.
