Assist with leasing, tenant communications, and rent collection using AppFolio.
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and residents.
Support application processing, tenant screening, and lease preparation.
Manage digital records, notices, and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain regular communication with the property management team and residents.
Monitor and update property data to ensure system accuracy.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and rental regulations.
