Job Duties

  • Listing Coordination: Preparing, organizing, and updating MLS listings, gathering property details, uploading photos, and ensuring all listing information is accurate and up to date. This includes coordinating with photographers, stagers, and homeowners as needed.

  • Lead Management: Monitoring and responding to real estate inquiries across email, CRM platforms, social media, and property listing sites. Ensuring every lead receives timely communication and is properly tagged and tracked.

  • Client Follow-Up: Conducting follow up with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients to provide updates, gather required information, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the buying or selling process.

  • Transaction Support: Assisting with contract preparation, compliance requirements, inspection scheduling, and communication between parties. Ensuring all deadlines and paperwork are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating CRM records, creating segmented lists, and ensuring all client information is organized and easily accessible for marketing and outreach campaigns.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating property showings, open houses, and meetings between agents, inspectors, and clients. Verifying availability and sending reminders to all parties.

  • Marketing Support: Creating and posting property marketing materials, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional assets to increase visibility and attract potential buyers or sellers.

  • Market Research: Gathering data on comparable properties, pricing trends, neighborhood insights, and market conditions to assist agents in creating competitive listing strategies.

  • Document Preparation: Drafting and organizing real estate forms, disclosures, contracts, and other required documentation to ensure smooth transactions.

  • Administrative Support: Handling general admin tasks such as email management, calendar coordination, file organization, and communication support to keep daily operations running efficiently.
