Job Duties

  • Managing Online Store Inventory and Listings: Ensuring all products are accurately listed on e-commerce platforms, including descriptions, pricing, and images. Regularly updating inventory levels to avoid overselling or stockouts and conducting routine audits to ensure consistency

  • Processing Orders: Managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including verifying order accuracy, coordinating with warehouses or suppliers, and ensuring timely dispatch. Addressing any delays or issues that arise during the fulfillment process.

  • Tracking Shipments: Monitoring shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and resolving any logistical issues with carriers. Providing customers with regular updates on the status of their orders.

  • Handling Customer Queries: Responding to customer questions regarding products, shipping, returns, or refunds in a professional and timely manner. Ensuring a positive customer experience to build trust and loyalty.

  • Analyzing Sales Data: Reviewing sales performance metrics to identify trends, top-selling products, and underperforming items. Recommending strategies to optimize listings, improve pricing, or introduce promotions to boost sales.
