Job Duties

  • Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. This involves studying key metrics, exploring untapped niches, and identifying growth opportunities for strategic decision-making.

  • Data Collection: Gathering information from online and offline sources for reports or proposals. This includes using advanced search techniques, public records, or surveys to compile comprehensive and reliable data

  • Product Research: Identifying new products or services to recommend. This requires comparing product features, pricing, and customer reviews to assess market demand and suitability for the business.

  • Vendor Research: Finding and comparing suppliers or service providers. This includes evaluating costs, quality, reliability, and turnaround times to select the best-fit vendors for business needs.

  • Report Preparation: Organizing research findings into clear, concise formats. This may involve creating charts, graphs, and executive summaries that make complex data easy to understand.

  • Tool and Software Research: Identifying tools that can streamline business processes. This includes testing software features, gathering user reviews, and assessing cost effectiveness before recommending adoption.

  • Customer Insights: Researching customer preferences and behaviors. This involves analyzing feedback, studying purchasing patterns, and identifying key drivers of customer satisfaction to inform marketing strategies.
