An ADA can assist with data entry, market research, report preparation, scheduling, and client updates. They’re trained to support appraisers by handling administrative tasks, freeing up your time to focus on analysis and client interactions.
Our ADAs undergo rigorous training to ensure compliance with industry standards, including USPAP guidelines. They are also trained on the latest appraisal forms and practices, ensuring they’re ready to deliver high-quality support from day one.
All ADAs sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols. We prioritize data security and ensure that your sensitive information is handled with the utmost care.
If your ADA isn’t the right fit, Talent Central 365 will provide a replacement ADA at no additional cost to you. The replacement process will be completed within 3 weeks, provided the new ADA completes the required 72-hour training program before starting their duties. If you are unhappy with the first replacement, a second replacement will be provided at no additional cost. However, if you are unhappy with the second replacement, the agreement will be terminated, and no further replacements will be provided. Please refer to the contract for specific details regarding the replacement process and any applicable conditions.
Absolutely! While our ADAs are thoroughly trained, we encourage you to provide any specific instructions or training to tailor their support to your unique needs and workflow.
